Shipping & Returns

Depending on the item(s) you purchase and the location to which they will be delivered, we do our best to select the most efficient shipping method available from either of our two shipping locations in the US or Spain. If you do not see a shipping option for your location, you may contact us for a custom quote (kindly include your country, city, and postal code). Please note any shipping notices on individual product pages, especially pre-order items, for specific shipping timeframes that may differ from the information listed below. Due to many factors, rates vary by location and are subject to change.

Shipping

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. To avoid complications, delays, or loss, you are responsible for verifying that your address is correct, including a valid email and phone number where you can be reached to arrange delivery. We want your order to arrive as smoothly as possible.

Consolidated US Domestic: $10.00 Flat Rate
Orders are consolidated once a month on the 15th (or nearest business day), and items are sent to our fulfillment center in the US (we pay any import/tariff fees). Individual shipments are then sent via USPS or UPS ground. Please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery.*

Consolidated International Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): $30 Flat Rate
Same process as the US domestic, except Individual shipments are sent via GlobalPost. Please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery.*

Expedited International: $40 Flat Rate
Orders are sent directly from Spain to a non-European destination country. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.*

Standard Mainland Spain: $10 Flat Rate
Orders are sent/received within mainland Spain. 3-5 days for delivery*

Standard European (EU): $15 Flat Rate
Orders are sent from Spain to EU countries. 7-10 days for delivery*

Standard European (Non-EU): $20 Flat Rate
Orders are sent from Spain to European countries outside the EU. 10-15 days for delivery*

Taxes & Customs Fees

All items shipped within Nevada are subject to 8.375% sales tax.

This US-based website does not collect international taxes or customs fees. The recipient is solely responsible for estimating and paying any local duty, VAT, tax, and/or other import costs associated with orders placed outside the United States. We recommend you research and estimate these costs upfront before placing an order. If you refuse a shipment, you remain responsible for all original shipping charges, duties, taxes, and customs incurred on the package (original and return shipments) and the cost of returning the package. Return Policy

We strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase and will find a product you will love. All digital pattern sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds, however any physical/shipped material incorrectly sent or damaged in shipment will be exchanged or replaced at no cost. Please report any damage within 48 hours of your order being delivered so we can remedy the issue as quickly as possible.
